The creation of an account does not automatically imply acceptance as a customer of Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L.

All applications will be reviewed individually by our sales team.

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may:

6. Access to the Catalog, Prices, and Availability

The catalog published on www.expresoriente.com is exclusively for informational and commercial purposes.

The prices shown on the website correspond to professional prices and are expressed excluding taxes, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices when necessary due to variations in production costs, raw materials, transport, exchange rates, or other objective circumstances.

In the event of price modifications after an order has been received, such modifications will be communicated to the customer before final acceptance.

The availability shown on the website is guidelines only.

The existence of a product marked as "available" does not constitute a guarantee of immediate supply.

All orders will be subject to manual verification by Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. before their final confirmation.

7. Products, Photographs, and Materials

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that photographs, descriptions, measurements, and other published information faithfully represent the commercialized products.

However, certain items incorporate natural materials such as coral, mother-of-pearl, abalone, Shiva's eye, pearls, natural stones, or other elements whose characteristics make each piece unique.

For this reason, there may be slight variations in color, tone, shape, pattern, veins, size, or texture compared to the published images, without this being considered a manufacturing defect.

Similarly, many of our products are made through artisanal or semi-artisanal processes.

Small differences derived from such processes are part of the nature of the product and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

The published images are for illustrative and commercial purposes, without prejudice to faithfully representing the products offered.

Differences resulting from the configuration of each screen, lighting, or color reproduction cannot be considered grounds for a claim.

8. Order Request and Confirmation

Orders may be placed through the website, by email, by telephone, via WhatsApp, or by any other means of communication accepted by Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L.

Placing an order constitutes solely a purchase request by the customer and does not imply automatic acceptance by Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L.

Once the order is received, our team will verify, among other aspects:

The availability of the products.

The quantities requested.

The possibility of manufacturing items that are not currently available.

The commercial conditions applicable to the customer.

Shipping costs, where applicable.

Once this verification has been carried out, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will send the customer the order confirmation with the final breakdown of products, quantities, availability, estimated delivery times, payment method, and total amount.

The sales contract will only be deemed finalized when Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. has expressly communicated the acceptance of the order.

Until that moment, the company may propose modifications derived from product availability, manufacturing needs, or other commercial circumstances.

9. Prices

All prices published on the website correspond to professional prices and are expressed in euros (€), excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other taxes that may be legally applicable.

Shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, or other additional costs will be indicated before final acceptance of the order, where applicable.

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may modify its rates when circumstances arise that affect production costs, raw materials, transport, exchange rate variations, or other economic factors.

In the event of price modifications regarding an order received but not yet confirmed, the customer will be informed beforehand and may decide whether or not to maintain their request.

10. Payment Methods

In general, orders must be paid through one of the following methods:

Bank transfer.

Bank card through the payment gateway enabled on the website.

Order preparation may begin prior to payment in order to expedite delivery times.

However, unless a different commercial agreement is in place, the shipment of the goods will not be made until the corresponding payment has been received and verified.

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may modify or limit the available payment methods depending on the destination country, the order amount, or the customer's commercial history.

11. Credit Conditions for Regular Customers

Certain customers may have deferred payment conditions previously authorized by Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L.

These conditions may consist of, among others, payments via direct debit or commercial terms of 30, 60, 90, or 120 days, depending on the agreement reached between the parties.

The granting of commercial credit is an exclusive prerogative of Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. and will depend on factors such as the length of the commercial relationship, payment history, purchase volume, and mutual trust between the parties.

New customers must pay for their orders in full by bank transfer or card before the shipment of goods, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may review, modify, or withdraw the granted credit conditions at any time when objective reasons justify it.

12. Manufacturing Made to Order

When any of the requested products are not available at the time of order preparation, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may offer to manufacture them for the customer.

Usual manufacturing times range, as a guideline, between two weeks and one month, counted from order confirmation.

However, these periods may vary based on the availability of raw materials, production capacity of the workshops, international transport, manufacturing processes, or any other circumstance beyond the control of Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L.

In exceptional cases, certain products may require a longer period or may cease to be manufactured permanently due to technical, commercial, or material availability reasons.

In such cases, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will inform the customer as quickly as possible to agree upon the most appropriate solution.

13. Advance Payment for Products in Production

When an order includes products that must be manufactured specifically for a customer, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may request an advance payment of thirty percent (30%) of the amount corresponding to those items.

The payment of this advance will be considered as final acceptance of the manufacturing order.

In the event of a subsequent cancellation by the customer, the advance will be non-refundable, as it will have been allocated to the start of the production process for the requested products.

When it is not necessary to start specific manufacturing processes, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may exempt the customer from paying this advance.

14. Order Preparation

In general, orders available in stock will be prepared within approximately one (1) business day from confirmation.

Preparation times are indicative and may be modified by exceptional circumstances, high-demand periods, holidays, logistical incidents, or causes beyond the control of Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L.

The company will make all reasonable efforts to prepare orders in the shortest time possible.

15. Partial Deliveries and Second Shipment

When an order includes items in stock and others pending manufacturing, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will offer the customer the following alternatives:

Wait for the complete manufacturing of the order to make a single shipment.

Receive the available items immediately and make a second shipment with the manufactured products.

The chosen option will be decided by the customer at the time of order confirmation.

When it is necessary to make a second shipment as a consequence of a manufacturing process, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will fully assume the costs of that shipment, at no additional cost to the customer.

This condition will apply only when the second shipment is a result of the initial unavailability of certain items and has been previously agreed upon between both parties.

16. Delivery Times

Delivery times provided by Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. are merely guidelines.

Compliance with these times will depend, among other factors, on product availability, manufacturing processes, transport, customs procedures, logistical incidents, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Delays that are not directly attributable to Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will not entitle the customer to compensation, penalties, or automatic cancellation of the order.

In any case, the company will keep the customer informed about any relevant incident that may affect the initially planned delivery time.

17. Transport and Transfer of Risk

Orders will be sent using transport companies selected by Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L., usually UPS or Correos, without prejudice to the company's right to use other logistical operators when circumstances make it advisable.

Shipping costs will be those in force at the time of order confirmation and will be communicated to the customer before final acceptance.

These costs may vary depending on the destination country, weight, volume, dimensions of the shipment, selected transport method, or any other logistical circumstance that may affect the cost of transport.

Once the goods are delivered to the carrier, the risk arising from transport will be assumed by the customer, unless applicable law establishes otherwise.

However, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will actively collaborate with the customer in processing any incident, loss, or damage occurred during transport, making the appropriate claims against the transport company when applicable.

The intervention of Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. in these procedures will be for the purpose of commercial collaboration and will not imply the assumption of liability for incidents attributable to the carrier.

18. Receipt of Goods

The customer must check the external condition of the shipment at the time of receipt.

In case of visible damage to the packaging, tampering, breakage, or any noticeable incident at the time of delivery, the customer must note it down on the carrier's delivery note or receipt document and communicate it to Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. as soon as possible.

If, once the package is opened, products are found to be damaged as a result of transport, the customer must communicate this incident within seventy-two (72) hours following the receipt of the order, enclosing photographs of the packaging, the affected goods, and any other information that allows for a correct assessment of the incident.

Failure to communicate within the stated period may prevent the processing of the corresponding claim against the carrier.

19. Returns

In general, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will accept return requests made within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the goods.

For a return to be accepted, the following requirements, among others, must be met:

The products must be unused and in perfect condition.

They must retain their original presentation, where applicable.

They must not have suffered damage derived from incorrect use, handling, knocks, or wear after delivery.

They must be accompanied by the necessary documentation to identify the corresponding order.

Unless the return is a consequence of an error attributable to Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. or a duly proven manufacturing defect, the transport costs derived from the return will be assumed by the customer.

Once the goods are received and reviewed, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will notify the customer of the acceptance or rejection of the return.

20. Warranty

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will be liable exclusively for manufacturing defects that the supplied products may present.

The warranty will cover, among other scenarios, setting defects, manufacturing defects of the piece, premature loss of stones, anomalies in the silver, or any other defect originating during the manufacturing process.

The warranty will have a duration of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the order.

The following are expressly excluded from the warranty:

Damage caused by knocks or impacts.

Wear and tear derived from normal use.

Scratches or deterioration caused by improper use.

Repairs carried out by third parties.

Modifications after delivery.

Breakages resulting from incorrect use.

Damage caused by chemical agents or cleaning products.

Any other circumstance external to the manufacturing process.

When necessary, Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. may request the return of the product to verify the source of the incident before resolving the claim.

Following the corresponding review, the company may choose, as appropriate, to:

replace the product with a new one;

repair the product, whenever possible;

issue a credit note for future orders;

refund the corresponding amount.

The applicable solution will be determined by Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. based on the characteristics of each incident.

21. Cancellation of Orders

The customer may request the cancellation of an order provided that it has not entered into a specific manufacturing process.

When Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. has started the express manufacturing of products at the customer's request, it may require the fulfilment of the order or, where applicable, retain the advance payment made in accordance with these General Conditions.

In those cases where a thirty percent (30%) advance payment was requested to start manufacturing the products, that amount will be non-refundable, as it corresponds to costs already assumed for the production of the order.

22. Retention of Title

Ownership of all supplied products will remain at all times with Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. until the customer has fully paid the total amount of the order, including, where applicable, taxes, shipping costs, and any other outstanding amounts.

Until that moment, the customer undertakes to keep the products in perfect condition and not to establish warranties, charges, or rights over them in favor of third parties that could harm the rights of Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L.

Full or partial non-payment will authorize Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. to exercise any legal actions appropriate for the recovery of the goods or the amounts owed.

23. Force Majeure

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Causes of force majeure shall include, among others:

strikes;

labor disputes;

wars or international conflicts;

natural disasters;

fires;

power supply interruptions;

government restrictions;

customs delays;

international transport issues;

delays by manufacturers or suppliers;

temporary closures of production workshops;

any other unpredictable or unavoidable circumstance.

While such circumstances persist, the affected obligations will be suspended for the strictly necessary time, without generating any right to compensation for either party.

Expresoriente Bijoux, S.L. will inform the customer as soon as it becomes aware of any force majeure circumstance that may affect order compliance.
